Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products purchased from us if:

The product is unused and sealed.

A request for the return is raised within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons pertaining to hygiene and safety, we do not allow returns on:

Items that have been opened or used.

Products bought via clearance or marked for special discounts.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your return shipping address and case will be initiated.

Ship the product back via a trackable method (customers cover shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect).

We will then inspect the returned product and inform you about the decision of acceptance or rejection of the return.

Refund Policy

1. What’s the refund processing time?

Provided your return is accepted, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used within 5 – 7 business days.

If payment was made using PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, refunds will be made to same account.

Payment processing times vary by financial institution.

2. Rules of Partial Refunds

Refunds that are less than full may be granted in the following instances

If a claim is made after 14 days but within the 30 day window (store credit may be offered in lieu of full refund).
The item is being returned in not original, damaged condition.


Order information

An order may be cancelled and a full refund granted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Post shipping, the order cannot be cancelled but a return may be requested for after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case of receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect product

Reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery of the parcel.

Send unambiguous images of the problem as proof of the issue in question.

We will send out a replacement or refund you in full, along with any return shipping costs incurred.

Refunds that are overdue or missing

If a refund has not been issued after 7 business days, check with the bank first.
